Other Matters To Be Mentioned In The Registration Book
The Manager shall include the following matters in the Registration book in addition to the matters mentioned in Sub section (1) of Section 13:
(a) Nationality of child,
(b) Certificate of Eligibility or whether one is Trained or not,
(c) Name of the Department or Section of Work,
(d) Whether the child is temporary or permanent in the Enterprise,

(f)
(g) Details of Leave,
Description of assigned activities,
Time of work,(h) Details of other facilities.
